Mrs. Benczur holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Sorbonne – Paris IV on Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development, and a Master’s Degree from the London Academy of Diplomacy – University of East Anglia, London on International Relations, Diplomacy, and Security Studies.
